  • One of the WORST experiences I have ever had with a hair stylist! Heard great reviews on yelp about Josie. So I went Josie for a haircut a month ago and it was great! I was excited to go back to Josie for color. When I went in said hi to Josie. She replied, "Nice to meet you." ?? I was just here a month ago? And she had the coldest attitude. I shrugged it off, thinking maybe just a bad day? I sat in the chair and Josie was super quiet and looked irritated. I asked if something was wrong. She huffed and rudely asked if I made an appt week before and didn't show up? I replied "No?!" "Omg, I would never do that??" She said that they had problems with front desk appointment person and I wasn't the only one that had an issue with missed appointments I said how sorry I was for any miscommunication and I would never just "Not" show up to an appointment and if I did, why would I come back to see a stylist that I pissed off? Doesn't make sense? Josie couldn't shake it and was obviously pissed. She was rough, yanking the foil out of my hair, push/pulling my head in the sink with scalding hot water. I swear, I almost ran out with wet hair. I almost had tears in my eyes. She barely blew it dry, didn't even look at the highlights she just did and didn't have me look at them with a mirror?! She rushed me to the front, slammed down the paper slip and snapped at her receptionist?! Who then looked at me in shock and asked me if something was wrong. She obviously notices Josie and her attitude. I was shaking when I left the salon. In tears when I got home. The absolute WORST experience in a salon I have ever had. Josie I hope your day got better and you remember how horrible you treated a client. I even tipped you!!
