  • Don't go here!!! The pricing or what their services are isn't even listed to the visible eye and the customer service was HORRIBLE!! I didn't realize that just hemming and cutting a piece of fabric would cost me $89! Just fixing the neck strap of my gown cost me $30 alone and when I said I didn't want that done the lady at the front desk (AFTER she took my money) got a really nasty attitude with me. Personally they should have broken down the cost and explained to me why they are charging me X, Y and Z BEFORE taking my money. After a two week period I went back and picked up my dress, and the lady that "helped" didn't even bother to ask if my dress was fixed to my satisfaction. She also forgot to give me back the fabric that I purchased! In a nutshell, I had a horrible experience and would never recommend this place to anyone! If you want good service and reasonable prices DON'T GO HERE!!!
