Patrick runs a safe, friendly and welcoming box that provides great workouts to build strength and see results! Anyone can workout here no matter what age, ability or fitness background! The programming includes weightlifting/strength and conditioning workouts. It never gets boring! There are group classes that provide a community, for accountability, motivation and competition. Then there is also private coaching for honing in on your own specific goals! Usually there is also some sort of Yoga class being offered as well.
