  • Absolute rip off! I went directly to Maytag who subcontracted this company. The day of service I got a call explaining the service call would be $115 for the 1st half hour then $45 each half hour after that!!!! Insane! I canceled and went to Appliance works who's fee was only $55 and that gets waived if you do any repairs. Now that makes more sense and they were great to work with.
