Overall one of the most frustrating, time consuming, underwhelming car buying experiences I've had. From salespeople through finance department there was not a single redeeming quality in any of the people we had the misfortune of dealing with. Sam, our salesperson has admittedly no experience and had little if any support throughout the process. A lot of "I'm not sure let me go check" hold ups. His boss, Ryan completely dropped the ball on getting us an accessory we negotiated (and signed off for) during the buying process. This has resulted in me calling to follow up on when the part will be ready only to be told he forgot to send to the parts department to have it ordered. Rodrigo is the used car sales manager, makes a lot of promises for free car washes, etc during the negotiation process only to be told by the finance guy that's all included anyway. We had the car a day before I made an appt to bring it in for service (our certified used car that went through a 100+ point inspection needed to have the calipers machined). Spent three hours here having that done on my day off. Lucky for me, Rodrigo assured me no charge "because you were cool people". Service dept informed me it's free for everyone if purchased in last 30 days. I'm back in the service department to have another noise addressed. With my two small kids. On my day off. Awesome. If I could go back I would never have come here to begin with. Worse than awful
