  • If I could rate this place based on cleanliness and tans 5 stars. Staff is a 1 star. I am only writing this because I have been waiting 35 min for a spray tan. I have a lot of tattoos and don't like tanning with lights so I don't appreciate being hounded to upgrade to anything when I make it clear I only spray tan. Now back to today...I come in, check in and start to head back only to be told someone is heading into the spray tan booth after they tan. Ok how long till they spray? 12 min is what I'm told. Well it takes all of 5 min to spray so couldn't I be moved up and then the person who is still in a bed get sprayed after me? Apparently not. So I say I'll come back later...oh well I already took it off your account so ill have to call a manager to do it. Fine I'll wait. Still waiting. 40 min now. This is the last time I tan here. Not worth dealing with the lack of customer experience.
