  • Favorite park in Charlotte! Been coming here since I was little and I actually just came back for a visit last week. I love the fun swings and playground (yes I still play on them), the gorgeous fountain, lots of walking, even a great nature trail and fun rocks to sit on by a river. It's huge and beautiful. It's no central park, but it really is worth a picnic. They also host a Festival in the Park every fall with lots of cool artsy vendors. I plan on coming back soon.
