We enjoyed our stay at the Presidio. The apartments are spacious and the floor plans are nice but as someone else mentioned, they are poorly made for the price. We could hear everything going on in our neighbor's apartments. When the people downstairs would run their AC or heat, our floors, kitchen counters and stove would shake and rattle like there was a low magnitude earthquake. Some reviews report that there were bugs everywhere, but I only saw one bug in the year that I was there. We were on the third floor, so we had a great view. We also lived in the back of the property, so it was very quiet.
There weren't many negatives about our stay at The Presidio. The apartments are overpriced for what you get. Plan to tack on another $45-$50 to the rent for water, sewer & trash and pet rent if you have pets. Also, be prepared to have the cost of new carpet deducted from your security deposit once you move out. Other than that, maintenance was easy to schedule and quick to respond. Online rent payment is very convenient and the grounds were kept clean, with the exception of people that don't clean up after their dogs.
