  • Ok maybe I caught this lady in a bad day, but she had an bad attitude!!! My daughter grabbed a bird toy to look at it, instead of asking my daughter to put it back she took it from my daughter and put it away, wow! Totally rude!!! Then she was too busy with another family to pay attention to my questions, even when I stood there patiently waiting. The only time she acknowledged me was when the father of the other family she was helping said, "Oh I think the lady has a question to ask"... Now that just POOR customer service!!! Did not buy anything and will not return!!
