rev:text	Ordered a medium rare burger, and they brought out completely raw meat. They kindly remade the burger and brought a super well done (burnt) burger. Then they gave me a free Xmas ale with sticky sugar all over the glass. Appreciate the try, but this was one of my worst restaurant experiences ever. And the whole thing took over 3 hours because the server only came out from the back every 25 minutes.
