  • Ordered my new phone on October 6th. Was due and did get shipped on the 25th. I get a confirmation email stating that it is due to be delivered on the 26th, end of day. Here it is, on the 27th, and I had to drive down to their warehouse 45 minutes away because they have my address wrong, as road instead of court. Google, whom I purchased the phone from, has my address correct. These guys have my address correct on the box, but their driver doesn't look at the box. In their system, it says road. So they said it was undeliverable. Complete failure, now forced me to drive 45 mins out of the way.
