My son has a lifeline and it never works. Once again they didn't show up to repair it. It's 8 pm and no one showed up as promised. The field supervisor knows and should be fired. What's the sense of having a lifeline if it doesn't work. If something happens to him it will be one heck of a big lawsuit. Finally I called the management company First Residential and they are meeting with Century Link to find out which wires are bad and get an estimate on fixing them.
