  • My husband and I shared a late lunch at Sushi Roku because we were SO famished after shopping the forum shops. It was pretty pricey (though, what ISN'T in Vegas?), but the roll we split (the Shima roll) was great! Quite spicy, but in a really good way. The tempura was good, crispier than tempura usually is. That made me happy. :) The view of the strip is wonderful from here, I can imagine it'd be gorgeous at night. We may visit Sushi Roku on another trip to Vegas. I'd recommend it!
