  • Chris patiently answered all my questions over several weeks regarding a tankless hot water heater while I made up my mind between various replacement options. He came to our house and detailed various options of installation, then provided a prompt estimate. When I played devil's advocate he explained in detail why they arrived at certain costs in a manner that made sense. I never got the feeling he was trying to oversell. I recommend Flash to everyone.
