  • Here we are 3 months later and we still have a roach problem and now the air conditioner goes out. I freaking hate it here, Kim the office manager does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Maintenance sucks, they come in and duck tape the problem when you report it. I'm counting down the days until this lease is up because we are completely miserable here, again if you don't care about bugs or having no ac or complaining about your issues and nothing being done then BY ALL MEANS, this is the place for you! Just AWFUL!
