  • Drove 20 minutes to their Eastern location for their $1 poke bowl special and when I went up to order, the cashier said it had ended (with me), and when I asked why, the cashier said she didn't know why. I explained to her that we drove all the way down there for that special, but she didn't even try to ask her manager to help us. Even if the special ended, it would have been nice to have her try and save the transaction. They've lost a customer in me and I will definitely share my negative experience with anyone that mentions their name. Very disappointing experience!
