  • The dealer Mario was so arrogant and had the worst attitude. He talked directly to the person I was with rather than me even though I was the one paying for the car. He showed us a few cars and the whole time, he didn't even say anything about features of the car or anything. While on the lot he just texted and talked on his phone. I was told the down payment would be $1000 on a $5000 car. So, with the paperwork printed eventually (which took about 20 minutes in a completely empty dealership with 3 other staff members working), the grand total was $12,000. Are you kidding me? You want me to finance a $5000 car for a total of $12,000? This place is a SCAM. There's hidden fees and horrible, and I mean HORRIBLE customer service from what I experienced. They are liars and con artists. Don't waste your time coming down here.
