  • Recently went there I order a drin and had a coupon for 50% off. whe try to ring it up the lady said thats fine I`ll ju7st give you the 50% its not working right now. However when she rang up my card and I left I looked to see that she charged me 6.00$, normal price for a dirnk. When I went in and brought it to their attention they lied to my face telling me they did and the mocha and soy I added into my drink added up? its $1.30 for both of those? I`m sorry but if my dirnk is going to cost me $12 without the 50% off I should probably not drink Starbucks anymore. The lying to my face and flagrent disregard for customer service made me never want to go back again. The staff is rude and the manager is lazy.
