rev:text	This place is not worth the money you spend. They charge for water, trash, and sewer separately. You can find a better apartment and the same price. Yes, there are 2 masters with bathrooms but one room is significantly smaller. I have found many scorpions and they have sprayed many times without any result. Maintenance is constantly re-fixing stuff because they don't fix it the first time. Garbage cans are so awfully smelly and I'm afraid to throw trash away at night because it isn't lite up. Even with new management it still sucks. I was taken out off the apartment I signed up for without a choice and given crappie tile I would not have received had I been given the first apartment I wanted. They didn't even change the price and management said that it wasn't there problem, it was the other management company. I signed my lease, paid my deposit and then told them the keys didn't work for the gym. They told me an additional deposit was needed if I wanted gym access.... I pay for gym access in my rent. Mailman doesn't deliver packages in boxes and you have to wait until office is open if you want them, don't forget your ID or you might not get them even after you know them. Spa is constantly running! Also, they tow cars, $316 to get it back even if you can prove it is registered to a handicap person. I'm so discussed I'll probably get out of my lease in court and they will pay my moving costs because of the scorpions alone. They try but it isn't cutting it. I've lived in better.
