  • I wish it would let you rate "0" stars because that is what they deserve. The technician acted like our best friend but he was nothing but a scam artist. They must get some sort of kickback? Came to look at our AC unit. Was going to charge almost $1000 to repair, which is what a new unit would have cost. Then he looked at our furnace for some reason. Red tagged it and said we needed a new one. Needless to say, we got a second opinion and never called them back. I don't know how these people sleep at night? I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
