  • I had great service from these guys over the past few days. They had great respect and sympathy for my 15 year old Shepherd as she was near her end, and clearly explained all of my options so I could make an informed decision. They were great about communicating with me both during the night and again in the morning, and I was thankful that they allow you in anytime to see your pet if they require an overnight stay. I felt that they really cared for her. As far as pricing goes, it was what I would expect to find for the level and quality of care that she received so it was not sticker shock. When I read the other reviews, I realized that most people are not aware that the staff at the front desk are not vet techs, they are there to check you in but can not legally direct you in health and welfare. I thought that was worth saying since they were extremely sympathetic and sincere during a very emotional time.
