  • Friendly staff - however, when they sold me a $200 jacket on clearance and the sales guy didn't know how to fit me in it and didn't even attempt (new, lanky dual sport rider), they are not only being unethical, but potentially dangerous. I'm not buying a baseball cap - i'm paying a lot of money for SAFETY and need to know it will work. I now know, from my own research, that a motorcycle jacket has to fit tight, with armor staying put...not sliding around they way they sold it to me. In addition the jacket punches me in the throat when zipped up - useless now. Aaaaannnddd....they won't take it back because it was sold on "clearance". Despite being conveniently located, I definitely won't be returning here.
