I did it, I fell for the hype from friends and I wish I never did. Nothing but disappointment with this company, and today was the final straw. They were scheduled for service on Tuesday of this week but cancelled and rescheduled for today (Friday) and we were ok with that....things happen we understand. We called into the office twice yesterday asking when they would arrive today, and we're told they wouldn't know until this morning, again we get that schedules/ routes need to be made. Rather than offer to let us know after our two previous calls we were instructed to call back in on Friday morning. Seems like an opportunity for customer service was missed. Flash forward to today. We made our third call to get an arrival time and were told between 10-1. Later we get a call from the technician saying he was going to be 30 minutes late because he had to cover another route, and that he'd arrive closer to 2:30. Unless my math is really bad, 30 minutes past 1:00 is still 1:30 but maybe I'm wrong. Well 2:30 comes and no technician. It's now 5:30 and still no technician, no call, no regard for customer service at all! What really gets me is that I passed their truck two blocks from my house about two hours ago!!! As far as we are concerned this is a breech of contract on their part and we are done with this company. I know some reading this will say, yeah bad days happen & we agree. But the service really has been poor from day one.
