  • Just bought new phone charger because your housekeeping told the front desk they didn't find the one I left in room 137 plugged into the bedside lamp. I suppose they didn't find the cash tip we left on the desk either. Very dishonest of them and I will continue to stay at the wonderful Hampton Inn but never at this one again. Coming from a diamond elite customer. Also the front desk person laughed at me on the phone. Perhaps schedule some training for her phone skills.
