rev:text	This is by FAR my favourite LCBO. Not just because it's a hop, skip, jump from my place, but because the staff there are WONDERFUL! They go above and beyond for customers and they all seem genuinely happy. I've been in here a couple times for specific things. One was to look for a certain vodka. I asked a gentleman who was stocking the shelves if they carried it and he stopped what he was doing immediately to help me out. He was knowledgeable, knew the vodka but wasn't sure if they had any of it in stock at the time, but he checked the computer to verify. He was correct. Now here's the beyond part - most employees would stop right there, but not this guy! He actually took all my information down and told me he'd order it in for me! I was floored by the level of service. Sure enough, a couple days later (yes, that quick!), he called me to say he receives the vodka and had it in the back with my name on it!!!!! What a gem. Another time I came in looking some new wines that I hadn't tried as I was hosting a wine and cheese party. A woman walked by and asked if I needed help. I explained to her that she could in fact help me - I was looking to expand my knowledge of wines and dabble in some new regions. She wasn't only willing to assist me, but she seemed excited to! She showed me around the store, asked my price range, gave me options... it was awesome! I ended up leaving with 3 bottles because of her assistance. And I wish I could remember her name so I could tell her I LOVED THEM! Thank you! If you live in this area or are like me and like to keep things fresh and new with different wines, spirits or beer, definitely check out this LCBO!
