  • Stayed here during the Just for Laughs fest and found it clean, quaint and inexpensive. The 20 minute walk to the downtown area (where all the shows are) was pleasant and felt mostly safe. We got lucky with the weather - it might have been tough in the pouring rain or freezing cold. The other HUGE bonus was the off-street parking. We've gotten burned on street parking tix before, and it was a huge relief to simply park our car and forget about it for 4 days. The included breakfast wasn't earthshattering, but it was served with a smile in a cute little dining area. Recommended.
