After signing up and paying 2 months service in advance for the total of $70 ( what happened to $10 per month)
I couldn't get the channels promised. They don't know why and I can't get a refund.
This is for Direct TV Now. Streaming with DTV and AT&T. So I spent over 3 hours on the phone with several people who know nothing about the service and one person who at least tried to help me ( before we were disconnected after 80 mins) no football and no answers but they got their money, so that's a plus. Always look on the bright side right. Well I'm still not happy and they should do their homework before offering a service they can't provide. This is for my son, he doesn't use yelp and is currently serving our country in the US Army. How about if we don't jump the gun to take someone's money for a service without option for a refund until we know if the service will work. Shame on DTV and AT&T for promoting a service and knowing nothing about it except "we don't issue refunds!!"
