  • So my wife is in search of a new wedding band because of the ring she has on is my mother which she gave to me so it can be hand down as a first generation an she bought at scottsdale fashion for a hefty price an we didnt want to mess it up. but long story short, i told my wife to start searching an came upon kay jewelers, when she called me. she had a lot to say about the customer service an how rude they are, i told her not to give a high price # an play dumb an see what happens which they thought she couldnt afford anything in there. i can go on but i dont want to be a dis repectful human being. but anyways they strait up told my wife the diamond ring she had on which use to be my mothers was fake! an i laugh! an they are not helpful at all!! overall!! this kay jewelry store has bad customer service an needs to re-evaluate their workers an hire new ones. i hope they read this message because they re bunch of mahu's
