  • On the morning of December 31st I phoned Foothills Floral to inquire if they were open and the employee answering the phone confirmed that they were indeed open. When I arrived at the business at 11:45, I saw a "closed" sign on the door and a woman heading to a vehicle with "Foothills Floral" advertising on the vehicle. (owner?) I indicated to the woman that I had phoned earlier and was informed that the store was open, she stated the store closed at 12:00. When I mentioned it was 11:45, she insisted it was 12:00 and that her designer had left for the day. I was embarrassed for this woman. Clearly it was not yet twelve, nor did she care whether I ever return or not. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this apathetic place of business.
