  • Been with AT&T for almost 16yrs and I get the note 7 and then the recall came they gave me the s7edge as a loner till the stores get the good phones the note 7 finally was out on Sept 21st now is Oct 2nd go to this store to do the exchange and they couldn't do it cause of the bal on the bill so I call 611 and go out and smoke a cigarette outside by my car the Manger comes outside to tell me to give him back the s7 edge when he knew it was a loner I tell him no and he said he would need to call the cops never thought after so many yes with this company they would tell me something like call the cops on me for staying with my phone don't waste your time here they don't help and as u see they also call cops on customers
