  • The worst customer service I think I've ever had and I'm pretty easy going, I've never even written a negative review. I called to purchase a Mother's Day massage for my wife and her friend, they told me that there were times opened so I bought them. After she tells me they don't have 2 massages open at the same time so she would try to make it work and call me. 6 phone calls later I call cancel one so my wife can just go and she tells me there all booked up. I told her numerous times what times we were looking for and they did nothing. If I ran my business like that I wouldn't have one. Thanks elements
