  • The customer service at Old Town Jewels is extraordinary. Communication is quick, honest and completely informative from first contact right through to delivery of your repaired piece. I was a little nervous to ship from the Bay Area to their store in Scottsdale but felt completely at ease once I spoke to Kalil. He's very knowledgeable and patient and gave me candid and honest guidance regarding what should be done repair-wise and what wasn't necessary. That level of customer service is everything! They restored my bracelet to it's original beauty - no, they made it even better - at a very reasonable price with lightning quick turn around. I highly recommend Old Town Jewels!
