  • Had the overall worst experience with these movers. In the past I have always used "Move for Less" (which is way better and more professional than this company) One of the guys was bringing my tv stand up the stairs and dropped it in which caused it to shatter into a million pieces. Due to this fall it tore a hole in my wall and damaged my floor. They didnt offer to replace it. They did offer to fix the hole, however had no intention on fixing it. "The owner" of this faulty company came to my place to supposedly "fix" the hole but to my surprise he only came by to check the inventory of what was actually moved because he claimed that the movers did the job to fast and feel that the movers are ripping the company off. The owner proceeded into my apartment without permission and closed the door behind him with no materials to fix the wall or floor which overall made me super uncomfortable. He also refused to give me my receipt several times when I requested it. Needless to say I am now out of a tv stand and still have a hole in my wall because of this company. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU FIND ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY.
