This place makes me crazy. I only park here when I am going to a Cavs or Indians game. They need to get it together. First, it is poorly lit. Perhaps I am biased because I am old and I need bright lights, but who likes to be in an inner city garage with poor lighting?
Second, why can't they screen the cars entering better? During game time, you can only enter with a parking pass. It never fails that I end up in a line where the person ahead of me reaches the attendant, only to not have a pass! Then I end up having to back out to let the ignorant driver out who ignored several signs that say, "PARKING PASSES ONLY." They really should check all cars before they reach to front of the line.
Third, stop blocking the exits after the games. They purposely certain exits after the game and flow traffic to where you are stuck breathing in carbon monoxide for 20 minutes. There has to be a better way.
The attendants are hit or miss. Sometimes they are polite, other times they are hostile. You never know what your gonna get. All I can say is that I only park here because that's what may parking pass is for.
