  • Im really undecieded as to how to review this place, because yes , they do a good job, my dog is clean and shaved.... for the price ? I dont really feel like i can compain.... with that being said.... Dont take appointments and say you are avalible, if you are not.... Keeping my VERY WELL BEHAVED dog from 8am to 3pm is EXCESSIVE seeing as he weighs 10 lbs.... when i take my dog to Dog Town, it WILL NOT BE ON A SATURDAY! and i call them about 2 hours after i take him to see if he is ready (so they know im aware of the time). FOR A BATH I SAY TAKE YOUR DOG TO DOG TOWN EVERYTIME ! 15 FOR A SMALL DOG BATH CANT BE BEAT! but for a full groom... not on a saterday .... ask for a rush... theres no reason for your dog to be locked in a cage for hours unnecessarly. they do trim dogs nails for free on the spot in your arms, which is nice! And they always groom him exactly as i ask! They have never been rude to me, the rude reviews genuinly suprised me. Just food for thought , i wouldnt say "all bad" but, you get what you pay for!
