I usually have very little problems with spectrum. However yesterday, we had our cable switched while I was at work. Not only did the technician move everything in my entertainment stand and place the box on top of my expensive Xbox one, they decided to hook my box up with different cords than I provided then took the cords I provided, with them. Which now to use any other device on my tv, I have to unplug my cable box every time. Called them twice yesterday. Once at 3 and they said I was back on the list. Called again at 6 to check. Was told I was the next job. 10 pm rolled around, no one showed. If you want shitty customer support that lies to you and technicians who come out and disrespect your things if you don't have an eye on them at all times, go with spectrum.
