Sometimes I wish I would read these reviews before going to any place to do business. I was referred to this place by my contractor and was very disappointed with their service. I first arrived and was left alone to look at the whole warehouse by myself. My contractor finally arrived and I went with quartz, placed the order. When my contractor went to pick it up it was damaged so we had to wait for a new order or I had I could choose a new color to speed up the process. I went to marble express to pick a new color and I asked Manny if he needed to make any notes of my changes he said "No". Next thing you know some girl is calling me while I am at my work unable to answer my phone stating that there was no notes of the change and that my installer was there trying to pick up a different color wich by the way they did not have in stock. Mind you Manny said they did. So now It's another week for shipment to come in. My point is the service was horrible I ended up having to wait three weeks to get my order. At that point I had asked my contractor for a new referral as I was done with them and did not want to give them my business after being treated so poorly.
So I did get referred to daltile just down the street I ended up not going with them wich was a shame. Miguel at that location offered excellent customer service walked with me through the warehouse explaining their products, prices etc., They also had better prices!! So when marble express called to let me know they finally had the quartz I decided to go with them since I had been waiting three weeks already. They were willing to match the price from daltile however; as of today almost a week and half later I still have yet to see my refund.
