I have only used the service department so this review pertains only to that.
I think I have visited the service department about five times in the past three years or so for a mix of maintenance and repairs. Every time I have felt that they have gone out of their way to make sure the experience was great. Scheduling an appointment has been quick and easy, repairs have been done quickly, problems have always been fixed, etc.
I have dealt with Bobby Stewart every time except for one and he has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. He goes above and beyond to make the experience great, he communicates clearly, explains everything in great detail and also makes sure your experience is top notch.
The one time Bobby was unavailable, Taras helped me and was also great!
Most of my work has been done under warranty, their prices on anything else seem to be on par with most BMW dealerships.
All around great experience with the service department!
