rev:text	Just left there... had an appointment as a first time customer.. they kept me waiting for 35 mins. Finally after sitting there with my feet in a now cold bowl.. listening to the employee next to me on her phone the entire time while giving a woman a pedicure. Super unprofessional. My feet were cold, I was tired of waiting... so I got up and headed for the door. No one said a word to me until I pushed the door open to leave... then I heard 2 people just say "sorry.."
