  • I called Jim Ludwig's Blumengarten Florist from out-of-state to arrange and deliver flowers for my mother-in-law locally in PA. The service was courteous, the price was affordable and the flowers were delivered on time. My mother-in-law was happy. I am only rating them three stars because there really was no arrangement per se. She received a bunch of flowers in a vase. No creativity, no effort, just run of the mill.
