  • Went into this place to get a new car, I have shitty credit but I had a 5000$ down payment so they obviously found someone to accept me. The car was a little over priced, so I asked to negotiate the price. They fought out the first offer with monthly and I told them, they need to go lower and that the price of the vehicle was still set as the original asking price and we needed to negotiate... I'm not 5 hours in and they bring me another "offer" they didn't lower the asking price just extended the loan by another year, at this point I'm just like whatever just sign and let me get out of here. I signed my papers and went home to be able to look over insurance plans before just choosing one. The next day I go in to get my car after insuring it, just to realize there was a HUGE scratch down the side that I couldn't originally see because the car was dirty. They promised to order professional touch up paint and do it for me at the shop. (THAT NEVER HAPPENED) Two days later I go to fill the car up with gas, they only had half a tank when they gave me the car. THE GAS DOOR WOULDNT OPEN!! With my car being on E I had to pry the door open with my keys. I brought the car in for them to "fix" the gas door. It worked once and I still have to use a key or card to open the door to this day. And they NEVER called with my touch up paint. Stay away!!!!
