  • As my fiancee doesn't use Yelp, I decided to write a review in her place. We live near Downsview and decided to walk to the Best Buy at Wilson station. On our way home we happened to walk past this hidden little gem. My fiancee who is a salsa freak to put it mildly, needed no persuading to venture inside... The shop is very clean and seemed to have a decent selection. I say decent as my fiancee tried on several different pairs of "practice shoes" (not heeled) and left with a pair of practice shoes for $34. Let me clarify that we've just moved from Madrid, Spain which has a huge salsa scene and the same type of shoes would go for about 60 EUR ($85 CAD), so definitely a bargain (they were on sale though). Both the assistants were cheerful and helpful and didn't seem to mind grabbing more shoes. They weren't pushy by any means and I would imagine that we will return in the future again due to it's convenient location. Overall good level of service and selection for all types of dance (Salsa, ballet, jazz and so forth)
