  • I can honestly say I have had the most wonderful tattoo removal experience possible at Delete. After having my small tattoo treated SOMEWHERE ELSE twice (with an older laser and not anesthetic only ice), I was convinced I would rather live with my finger tattoo than have any more treatments done. The pain that came with the treatment at the other facility was something I never wanted to experience again. It was SIGNIFICANTLY worse than having the tattoo done initially. (I'm not a wimp people I had three babies with zero medication) A coworker had a tattoo removed by Dr. Mundt the previous year. When she heard my experience at the other laser spa, she insisted I go give Delete a try. My experience at Delete was very positive and COMPLETELY bearable. I would HIGHLY suggest paying the couple of bucks for the anesthetic injection. YES, they use a TINY needle and YES you will feel the tiny pokes but it is NOTHING compared to feeling the laser, trust me. After the skin is numb (Dr. Mundt always checks to make sure), the laser is barely felt during treatment. You will have some soreness after the numbing wears off but this is unavoidable and for me, disappears pretty quickly. You will also be provided with an ice pack to help afterwards. I have now had SIX treatments at Delete and am 100% happy with my results. I have referred my sister and coworker to Delete and will continue to encourage anyone I know to use Dr. Mundt for tattoo removal in the event they need it. I'll touch on a couple of things unrelated to the removal process and my results....It is not cheap to have a tattoo removed. This is no secret. I think it is unfair that anyone would give a negative review based on pricing. The first laser treatments I had done WERE half the cost but they were 50x more painful and they quoted me TWELVE treatments! (I saw almost zero results after the first two). With the higher powered, newer technology laser, Delete estimated around 6-7 treatments based on my tattoo. I saw HUGE results with each treatment. Dr. Mundt is also one of the nicest people I have met. Her excellent bedside manner helps calm nerves (I was apprehensive with my first treatment). She is extremely knowledgeable with the laser and how to most efficiently get that ink gone! She is fast with the treatment while still allowing as much time as needed for questions and always ensures I am comfortable before I leave. In the event you find yourself with a tattoo you cannot live with and would prefer gone versus covering up, I highly suggest you schedule to see Dr. Mundt at Delete Tattoo Removal. It's a long process, but in the end it is completely worth it. I am so happy to have my finger back to normal. I hope this review helps. I never do this but I've been so happy with this process I want to share my experience with others. I think I'll return for a little Botox now that my tattoo is gone!! haha Go see them, you won't regret it~ Heather
