I ordered a coffee table from a store. They told me it would be ready for pick up in two weeks. After a few days, I received an email stating the coffee table was in town and the delivery company would contact ME to schedule pick up. FOUR weeks later I called the store and they got a hold of Red Carpet Movers. I wonder what would have happened if I didn't call? They said my table was ready for pick up, but their hours are unreasonable, 8am-3pm. I went to pick it up today. As I got out of my car, the parking lot smelled of alcohol and marijuana. I went into the office and was ignored. No one greeted me and when someone finally looked up, they acted as if I was bothering them. When I went to the dock, the employees were smoking and using inappropriate language. The whole ordeal felt scummy. :( I'm giving them 2 stars since they loaded the table into my vehicle.
Update: Red Carpet Movers called me to rectify the situation. I spoke with Amy who was very adamant about correcting the situation. She assures me events like this will not happen again.
