  • I've stayed here twice, once in 2014, and more recently last night. Good upscale hotel overall, and the 2014 stay was flawless. Last night's stay, though, fell a little short. The place was clean, very quiet, and well appointed - indoor pool, nice fitness center, the rooms are tasteful and modern. The desk clerks were friendly. But there were a few problems with our suite: low supply of toilet paper (shouldn't have to ask for that), the water faucets were a bit hard to turn on and off, the refrigerator was a bit noisy, and, on the ick-factor score, the bath robes apparently aren't laundered (one had a fake eyelash on it). When we left, the sidewalks and grounds hadn't been salted, even though it had stopped snowing hours before. Those items kept the place out of five-star territory this time.
