  • Had a membership for 2 vehicles. Traded one in on a new vehicle and went to transfer membership. They wanted to charge me a fee for a new decal for the new vehicle. It had been approximately a month since I last used the membership and they still deduct the fee which I understand. Apparently it's not enough for them to take money without giving you services, so they charge you additional fees when you try to use the services. Total rip off. Will talk to my husband and have him cancel his vehicle as well. Too bad you can't give a zero star.
