  • Seriously You Should Check Out This Zales Located In Downtown Summerlin. Let me tell you why. :) Hedi delivered EXCELLENT customer service! She handled my repair ticket for my ring and did her best to put my mind at ease. It does not sit well with me when my ring has to go "off site" to be serviced. Unfortunately, that was the case. I can happily say that It all turned out just fine. :) My every 6 month check up, ( to keep the warranty in good standing) came up with a loose stone in need of tightening. She made sure to map out my rings inclusions with exceptional care . I called down to the store to see if by chance, my ring may be done any earlier? Gina answered and told me it was already in!! They had actually just called us. Gina has always been super friendly and extremely professional. She is, in fact, the reason I chose this particular Zales over the other locations. When I picked up my ring, Alexia handled the final transaction. She also delivered wonderful customer service. Taking pictures of my ring and comparing my ring to the map Hedi had made on the drop off. She made sure everything matched up perfectly. She wanted to make sure I was satisfied as well. I was happy this store took my concerns to heart and did not dismiss or discount my feelings. I felt valued as a customer. I truly appreciated the amazing service I received Everyone at this location has been friendly, efficient and a pleasure to work with. My experience with this Zales is nothing short of 5 Stars!! I definitely recommend this location. Enjoy
