  • I've had State Farm since 2012. Since that time I've have seen my rates increase although my cars keep getting older and I have a perfect driving record. With this latest increase I called and spoke to Chris about what could be done to reduce my rates. He said he would take a look at my policy and call me back. While I do understand he's not personally in charge of rate changes I was still waiting for a call more than 24 hours later. Obviously, State Farm is no longer my insurance company. .
