  • ZERO ZERO ZERO! If I could give a company negative starts I would give OnTrac a minus ten starts. Every single time I've used them, or they've been the designated shipper for something, my package either never arrives or is delivered to the wrong address or is delayed by days and sometimes weeks! THEY ARE THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! It would be faster to use a horse and buggy--GRRRRR.
