  • I wasnt really ever planning on writing a review until i recently went in to shop. this location literally is always a disaster. im not sure why or how they dont have the time to straighten up. dont they have store managers or even corporate drop ins? ive probably been in 3 different times this year and it has never looked neat. they could either hire more staff (especially being seasonal) or work after hours to clean up. im pretty sure its worth having a clean store so you avoid bad reviews. anyway, the customer service was fine but that and the lac of organization was my biggest issue. they used to have a really nice maternity area and childrens clothes.. but some how it ended up being one square foot(practically) of maternity, and there are almost no childrens clothes worth buying because you cant even figure out where toddlers boys and infants are seperated. if you shop at old navy, spend the extra 20 minutes and go to the one in TOWN SQUARE. much more organized and clean! there is almost never clothes thrown around in random places, everything is sized the way it should be and their childrens section is HUGE!
